A client I was supporting began having contractions in the evening. They became stronger, but she was still in the latent phase. At one point, the contractions became much farther apart, so we both went to sleep. During the night, I woke up and checked the app. It was very convenient to see whether she was timing contractions and how the pattern was developing, without needing to message her or wait for her to send me an update.

Recommendation on BirthLink as a care system:

I have an Excel file containing the details of all the clients I support. But when a new client contacts me and asks whether I am available around a certain date, it is much more convenient to open the app and check.
